Just got my Zulus HD 5-20x LRF and the "hold over" function is not calculating bullet drop! Ballistic table was successfully uploaded to the device. The new calculated aiming point is always in the middle of the reticle regardless of range! Can anyone enlighten me?
I noticed another posters negative comments have been removed so I don't have a lot of faith this will remain posted. The issue about the Hold Over function not working was reported to Arken (which is a Chinese manufacturer), they did reply quickly and requested video evidence which I sent. They then confirmed there was a fault and requested more information which I provided. After some nonsense back and forth emails which did nor resolve anything! I requested a full refund under their "30 day no quibble" return policy. I was completely ignored and I now have to go through PayPal for a refund. Buyer beware, the YouTube reviews are favourable, maybe they got lucky?
