Ordered an EP-5 that was in stock with no lead time listed, so i guessed by the statement on the website it would be shipped in 3-10 days Its been a month now and today my order said delivered only to find the rings alone have arrived. Now my order just says shipped and my tracking number just comes up as delivered. I'm waiting for some sort of reply, but as for now I have zero way of monitoring the progress of a product I have already paid for and was under the impression would have shipped two and a half weeks ago. what good is purchasing a scope fom youall wwhen you advertise they are in stock yet they arent. you offer an upgrade then refuse to answer any phone calls or respond to emails.

I ordered EP-5 MIL on 24 Nov 2023 still "awaiting processing" today is 10 Jan 2024!

Emailed them right before Christmas and got a response on the 28 Dec and they said a restock shipment is due in 2 weeks. Hopefully it will ship out next week.

Update: got a tracking number 23 Jan 2024, got movement on 24 jan it made it out of Texas to Oklahoma so far.

Update: my EP-5 and accessories came in today 26 Jan! Everything looks good, I'm impressed with the glass clarity and the reticle right out of the box, now to get it mounted up on my savage 110 tactical .308 and sight her in...😁 Worth the wait...
