I emailed Arken to change my order and they got back with me on the second day. I thought that was OK for me. I am retired and not in a hurry about anything. 😎
I received mine today. I ordered when it said 2 week lead and it took a month. Hopefully everyone else starts to see thiers soon. My neighbor who ordered an MOA EP5 a couple days after me (it also said 2 week lead) has not gotten shipping confirmation yet. Another buddy that ordered on Black Friday but got the MIL version (which had no lead) has also not gotten a shipping notification.
I finally see movement on tracking. ETA is Tuesday. That is 1 month from when I ordered.

What scope did you order? Was there a lead time listed when you purchased it?
When I ordered, it said 2 week lead and it has been over 2 weeks with no communication other than the email that said they got my order and billed my card. I tried calling and nobody answers. I tried emailing and got no reply.
