Hair on the reticle. It changes size with the magnification level. How do I contact customer service? Brand new scope purchased black Friday.

I have had to return my Leupold, Nightforce, and even my Razor AMG. All of those scopes cost at least 4 times what the Arken costs, and I have never had a problem out of any of my 5 Arken scopes!

You got what you pay for. Arken scopes has alot problem. But you can send email to them and get replacement for sure. My scope illumination stop working after 60 round of .308Win I just keep it and dont wanna waste my time to get replaced. I'm not gonna shoot in dark anyway.
