I did the firmware update, downloaded the file on my phone but after reconnecting to the scope nothing happens. The app wants me to connect back to internet again and then does not update the firmware when I connect back to the scope. I cannot do anything with the app to get past this.

I have never seen that issue before. Please email us at info@arkenopticsusa.com. We will need to get that one back under warranty. We will get you fixed up.
