Does everyone buy products from Alibaba? Is there an alternative? It's been good for a while, but we're thinking about launching a new, more expensive product, and so far the quality of the samples they've sent hasn't been very good...

Alibaba is not the only option, there are many other platforms where you can find suppliers with better quality. For example, there are websites like alibaba that specialize in trusted factories and more premium products and there you can find manufacturers working with different levels of quality. Some platforms are focused on the US if reliability is important.
