Both of these models list a weight of 23.7oz with slightly different lengths. Is the weight for both of these actually the same, or is this potentially a mistake in posting?

I asked the same question. They are the same due to the 4-16 having an additional piece of glass and the hardware that goes with it. From all accounts, it is the same.
