So I've been interested in Arken optics for a while now but, never pulled the trigger. Now that I'm considering getting an AR based 6.5 Crdm. my interest grew. I do have several reservations and questions and I'm wondering if "Arken" will answer these. My concern is customer support. By just screening through this community, between the no maintenance given to irrelevant spamming on this community postings, to the lack of customer contact/service stories posted on here, what has Arken done to remedy this or ease me on these concerns?
I just learned that there's a "New" EP-5 7-35X56 which is labeled as a Gen 2, can you please explain what the difference/s (other than just magnification) are between this Gen 2 and the previous EP-5 5-25X56?
I also read that these units suffer from bad eye boxes at higher magnification, between the "New" EP-5 7-35X56 & EP-5 5-25X56 which one will "least" suffer from this?
Under the item's "details" there isn't a clarification on what accessories these scopes come with, can you please tell me with what accessories they come with?
As I mentioned earlier, I really want to like these units, I've seen some positive reviews on these but at the same time, don't want to invest on an item claiming lifetime warranty with an inherent customer service disconnect, the savings are just not worth the aggravation.
