I ordered an optic which has been sitting in customs for nearly a month. I reached out to Arken's email and they quickly within an hour or two replied telling me with everything going on, since it shipped from the 51st state, that customs was backed up and things were taking longer than usual. Yesterday I checked tracking and it now says 'returning to sender' so I reached out again. I emailed Arken with a screenshot asking if we can get one shipped from the USA and have yet to hear back. I am frustrated because of all the research I did before choosing to give the Arken a try. Now I am out several hundred dollars awaiting a response and hoping this doesn't lead to me having to dispute the charge to get my money back. I was really looking forward to trying out the EP-5 so I hope to hear something back from Arken soon. Posting this here to bring attention to this issue and get a response.
