I bought a 34mm Rigid Precision Mount 34mm - 20 MOA base from amazon.com. I found that the ring diameter is only 33mm instead of the specified 34mm, so there is a gap after installation. Has anyone encountered this situation before? Such a small problem but it's missing 1mm, there seems to be a quality issue. How can replace it. Thank you!"
To exert the holding clamp force space bar clicker, a space must be present. I can't find any issues with the mount. Get the torque right, then fire away!
There has to be a gap in order to apply the holding clamp force. There is nothing wrong with the mount. Torque it down properly, and go shoot!
