I ordered 4 scopes 3 of them had a two week lead time they shipped over a month ago and sat in a warehouse awaiting resolution and now said returning to sender I have emailed arkens several times wondering what is going on with absolutely no response the wait doesn't bother me as much as the lack of concern for the customer I know most people probably don't think 1400$ is a lot of money but I do and to not even get a response my first email was weeks ago I can understand a few days for a response but nothing at all come on guys I love arkens scopes and have several others and recommend them to everyone but I hope this isn't the service you get if you have a issue with a scope
