To calculate the shooting distance to a target, use the distance formulahttps://dotscalculator.online/ if you know the initial velocity and angle of the projectile. For a level shot, the formula is \( d = \frac{{v^2 \sin(2\theta)}}{g} \), where \( v \) is the initial speed, \( \theta \) is the launch angle, and \( g \) is gravity (9.8 m/s²). Alternatively, if you're using a rangefinder or GPS, simply measure the direct line-of-sight distance to the target.
